We’re delighted to welcome Modou to the team!

Modou joins us as a D365 Support Consultant, bringing strong experience in technical support and client service.

He has a proven track record in delivering configuration, training, and high-quality support to clients.

With a First-Class degree in Business Computing (Systems), Modou combines technical expertise with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

We’re excited to welcome Kitty to our team as a Dynamics 365 Consultant!With over 14 years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV solutions across industries, Kitty brings deep expertise in both consulting and hands-on development. She has led complex implementations, designed and deployed custom modules, and delivered tailored ERP solutions for clients ranging from global brands to large-scale property groups.As a Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Consultant & Developer, Kitty combines strong technical skills with business insight, ensuring solutions that truly support client goals.

Bill

We’re proud to welcome Bill to our leadership team as Operations Director!

With over 30 years of experience in business and retail technology solutions, and more than 20 years in senior director roles, Bill brings extensive expertise in business development, service delivery, and customer success.

His career has evolved from a foundation in electronics and software development to leading large teams, driving innovation, and delivering outstanding customer value.

Bill is also a Microsoft Dynamics NAV specialist, an MS Dynamics ISV of the Year Award winner (2010), and a seasoned keynote speaker at international industry events, where he has shared insights on retail, technology, and market trends.

We’re excited to have Bill on board and look forward to the leadership and vision he brings to the team.

Sam, our Junior 365 Developer, brings a blend of technical expertise and collaborative spirit to our team. A physics graduate who previously pivoted into building and supporting risk management software with strong experience in data analysis, C# programming, SQL, and client support.

His problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach make him a valued member of our team.
