Enhance Dynamics is growing, and we're looking for a Business Central Project Manager to join our UK team.

We're a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner with people in UK and the EU. We implement, upgrade and support Business Central for businesses across a range of industries. As our project pipeline grows, we need someone to own delivery from kick-off to go-live and make sure every project lands well for our customers.

The role;

You'll manage a mix of full Business Central implementations, upgrades and NAV to BC migrations, alongside a steady flow of smaller change requests for existing customers. Day to day, that means:

Running projects end to end, from discovery and data migration through UAT, go-live and hypercare
Keeping control of scope, plans, budgets, resources and quality across several projects at once
Being the main point of contact for customers, and coordinating our consultants, developers and technical specialists
Leading project meetings, workshops and reviews, and keeping status reports, RAID logs and forecasts up to date
Working closely with our PMO on resourcing and delivery
Getting involved in pre-sales, helping shape estimates, proposals, bids and demos

You'll report to our Service Delivery Director.

Who we're looking for;

You'll have 3+ years managing Business Central or NAV implementations, and you're comfortable juggling bigger projects alongside smaller changes in a customer-facing role. You know your way around Agile delivery, budgets, risks and change control, and you're not afraid to have a straight conversation with a customer when scope or timelines need resetting.

This isn't a hands-on consultant role, but you'll need enough technical grounding to plan realistically and hold your own with our developers and consultants. That means a solid functional understanding of core BC areas, experience planning data migration, and awareness of how extensions, ISV apps and integrations get built and deployed.

It's a bonus if you've worked in a Microsoft Partner, hold a PM qualification like PRINCE2, APM, PMP or Scrum, or have exposure to Power Platform, Power BI or Azure.
