Say Hello to Paul, Our New Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

Behind every system that "just works" is someone who knows where to look when it doesn't. We're pleased to introduce that someone: Paul has joined Enhance Dynamics as a Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant.

Paul arrives with a broad technical background spanning Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sage ERP, and warehouse management systems. Much of his career has been spent close to the detail – interrogating data in SQL, working through batch job processing, configuring systems, and getting to the bottom of the kind of complex issues that stop other people in their tracks. He's also supported IT infrastructure on both sides of the Atlantic, keeping UK and US operations running.

For our clients, that translates into practical, dependable support. Paul will be helping resolve technical problems, tuning system configuration, and delivering fixes and improvements both remotely and on site. He's equally at home writing up clear knowledge base articles and talking a colleague through a tricky problem – the sort of habits that mean answers get shared, not hoarded.

What stands out is his approach: methodical, calm under pressure, and genuinely interested in solving the problem rather than just closing the ticket. It's a good fit for how we like to work, and a welcome boost to our technical team.
