Welcome to the Team, Tracy; Our New PMO

As a delivery team grows, the hard part stops being the work itself and starts being everything around it. Who's on what, what's at risk, what's slipping, and whether anyone has noticed yet.

Tracy has joined Enhance Dynamics as our new PMO, bringing over 7 years of experience across PMO, project management, resource management and the Microsoft D365 ecosystem.

That D365 background matters. A PMO who understands how Business Central projects actually run, with the data migration, the UAT cycles and the go-live crunch, can spot trouble earlier than one learning the territory as they go.

Tracy's strengths sit in project governance, planning, resource coordination, risk management and process improvement. Put plainly: making sure the right people are on the right projects at the right time, and that problems get raised while there's still time to fix them.

That's exactly what we need as we keep growing. More clients and more projects mean more moving parts, and Tracy's role is to keep our delivery consistent, visible and on track, so our consultants can focus on doing great work for clients.
