Welcome to the Team, Daniela — Our New Business Support Manager

Growing quickly is a good problem to have. It's still a problem. The processes that worked fine when everyone could shout across the office start to creak, and "how we do that" turns into four different answers depending on who you ask.

That's the job Daniela has come in to do. Daniela's joined Enhance Dynamics as our Business Support Manager, working alongside our Operations Director to standardise how we work internally and put proper structure behind the growth.

Daniela brings auditing qualifications and hands-on experience to the role — which is exactly the right background for this kind of work. Auditing teaches you to look at a process and see what's actually happening rather than what the documentation claims is happening. That's the starting point for improving anything.

Daniela's also working toward her CIPD Level 5 in HR, and will be taking the lead on our internal resourcing — so as we continue to hire, Daniela will be shaping how we find and bring in the right people.

Daniela hasn't taken long to make an impact, either. Her first task with us was delivering our Cyber Essentials accreditation — and it's done. Cyber Essentials is a government-backed certification covering the core security controls every business should have in place, and it matters to our clients as much as it does to us. Getting it over the line as a first project says a fair bit about how Daniela works.

What comes through most is a genuine interest in doing things properly: quality, continuous improvement, and systems that hold up under pressure. That's a good fit here.
