Welcome to the Team, Omar — Our New Senior Business Central Consultant.

Twenty years is a long time to spend on one family of products. It's long enough to have seen the good implementations and the bad ones, and to know fairly quickly which way a project is heading.

Omar Kloub has joined Enhance Dynamics as a Senior Business Central Consultant, bringing more than 20 years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics solutions across the UK and the Middle East.

That experience spans both Dynamics GP and Dynamics 365 Business Central — which matters more than it might sound. A lot of the businesses we talk to aren't starting from nothing; they're running something older that has served them well and is now holding them back. Having someone who knows the old world as well as the new one takes a lot of the guesswork out of that conversation.

Omar's strengths sit in solution design, business process analysis, ERP implementation and client engagement. Put plainly: working out what a business actually does before deciding what the system should do about it. That order matters. Most ERP projects that go wrong go wrong at that first step, not at the technical one.

Across his career he's helped organisations tighten up their processes, get more out of the systems they already have, and put the foundations in place to grow. That's the same job we're asking him to do here, for our clients.
